5)Email - Pastikan korang create satu email yang official dan jangan bubuh nama pelik2 contoh : sayacantik@yahoo.com (Its a BIG NOOO ), kena buat simple dan sweet contoh : mohdAbdul@gmail.com

6)IC number - optional

7)Senarai nama sekolah yang pernah korang attend. - sekolah tadika tak perlu ea..

8)Involvement and Achievements/Activities -  Pastikan yang top sekali adalah the latest

achievement korang. listkan sekolah dari sekolah rendah tau..tadika TAK PERLU

9) Jawatan - Put your highest title in school.

10) Work experience - sesiapa yang buat part time lepas SPM tu amat digalakkan.

11) Now tell us your behaviours/attitudes/manners - describe diri macam mane..jangan bohong dan jangan over tau.. takut nnti interviewer naik mnyampah pulak..

12) Any extra info that can hook up your readers - Erm, ni depends kat korang.

13) referees -  cannot be a family member actually maybe boleh tulis cikgu sekolah/pensyarah/Supervisor ...it has to be someone who is not related(blood-related/family) instead, a teacher/boss/someone that can confirm your academic and co-curriculum participations along with what you have written as your personal statement

3) Slip trial SPM both , kalau nak amik, amik yg the highest lah

4) IC korg, mak , and ayah.

5) now comes to certificates korg

 (NOTE: susun ikut paling latest dan level paling highest

 contoh:antarabangsa-negeri-daerah-sekolah)
